I remember him from his skills at shortstop more than I do him pitching. He mainly started focusing on pitching once he got to high school, but he went to Northwood and we never played them.

Can you talk me out of it Dan?

I cannot.

ST hasn't given us much to be optimistic about, other than the fact that any concerns about overuse affecting Venters and Kimbrel long-term is unfounded.

Pastornicky blows. Too early to write him off completely, but no signs of life, really.

Prado is hitting well. Freddie seems fine. JHey has shown some life. Chip will be Chip. Brian will be Brian. Uggla Uggla should do what he does.

I think we'll be a solid, competitive squad, but I do think we'll miss the WC spot.

Y'all are gonna have to do better than a team OBP of .308

Being 3rd best in the NL in HRs doesn't always = success.

Viz has elbow inflammation in the same ligament he's had trouble with in the past.

I know who he is. I am just wondering why you want a guy who can't hit his weight.

Hit .197 2 years ago, and .221 last year. His BABIP may lead you to think he is unlucky, but he strikes out more than anyone else.
