Kakes have looked way better.
Yeah, the walk-off was a cool moment, but he only has one other hit than that.
I don't think at this stage, he's that much better than Ender. One has a little bit better bat, one has better defense.

I'll put it this way, Ender is more valuable to this team than Kakes because he's the best option out of just two guys to play CF, while Markakis isn't the best option to start out of 5 guys to play in the corners.

Great baserunning there, Freddie

I think Camargo is more worthless than Ender.
And WTF, Freddie.

Duvall has been our best player in August and arguably our best all season.
I think he should be starting 75-90% of all the games. In order for that to happen, we need to trust Acuña at CF. Otherwise, it will be more like 40%.

Huh?
Why can't a Duvall/Ender/Acuna OF work with Ozuna DH'ing?

That’s my preferred lineup as well but you know Snitker is gonna try and DH Adams at least 50% of the time.

Probably won’t work out this way but I think our best line up is with Ozuna DHing.
Ozuna is awful on defense and Adams doesn’t give you anything more than a Markakis / Duvall combination gives you at the plate

I would rather Riley get the majority of the reps at 3B for the remainder of the year.
They both play similar defense (which has been good), both provide nothing offensively, but at least Riley can get lucky and crank one out every now and then.

Stats may not back it up, but I think Adams works better as a late inning pinch to try to hit a homer.

Also, Ender can come into CF for the last couple innings. Acuña has been fine in the games he’s played there this season. And to be honest, Ender has not looked much better. He robbed that HR but other than that he has missed a couple catches he would’ve made 2 years ago.

I 100% prefer Ozuna DHing more so because I don’t like his arm, than because of Adams bat.
But so far it seems like Snit prefers Adams at DH, and his comment that “we signed Ozuna to play LF” tells me that we will see a lot of Adams at DH.

Pitching was handled perfectly that game.
Good win.

Getting Bryce Harper out to end the game

Ozuna in left looks like LeRoy at a slow pitch tournament 14 beers in.

Exactly. My preferred lineup is a rotation between this:
DH: Ozuna
OF: Duvall/Ender/Acuña
And this:
DH: Ozuna
OF: Duvall/Acuña/Markakis
Unfortunately I think Snit will prefer Adams at DH most of the time, which is why I think we need Ronnie at CF.
DH: Adams
OF: Ozuna/Acuña/Duvall
Another thing to add is that Snit will make sure that Markakis gets his time as well. That means Adams DHing more.
