The left most column shows the bases occupied. So 020 means a runner on second. The top row is the number of outs.

The numbers in the middle of the chart are the average number of runs scored in the rest of the inning with that situation.

I don't think you need an account to look at the numbers.

I'm talking about the equation that produces those numbers. What is it? whats the RMSE? What variables go into it?

It is literally the average number of runs scored for the remainder of the inning in those situations.

Runs Scored Expectancy Matrix or something
