I probably would do that too, knowing that if I play my best I am one of the top golfers in the world, but just can't seem to piece my game together for the 4 more important times in a golfers season.

See but that is your problem, you want other people to agree with you, but call everyone else a bumbling idiot when they don't agree with one of your many, many predictions.

I accept that fact that Tiger very well might not win another major.

Let me ask you this Mr. Wise man, would you bet your life on Tiger never winning another major? If you can't, then you also believe that it is possible.

To be honest???? Sure he has a chance . BUT I don't see it. Like I have said I hope he goes into Augusta next year and puts together a terrific four rounds and blows the field away.

You are right. Ernie played a great last round and won the OPEN[when SCOTT FAILED]. But hey he won. This is my problem with Tiger. He has to be in the lead on SUNDAY [as of now] to win a MAJOR. If he has to make a charge, He FAILS. I don't know what is the matter with him, BUT.............What would have happened IF he had done the right thing and NOT got caught cheating??????????

Can't change the past Peej

Old Tiger had to have the lead on Sunday as well. He has NEVER come from behind in a major.

See even you think there is a chance, so don't call people idiots when they say he still has a chance to win a major. It's that simple

There ya go. He CAN'T put 4 rounds together. YOU tell me what will change this?????????

I guess I am depressed cause this guy COULD have been something REALLY special for alot of years until he put his DICK over his career. As good as he was, he could have BLOWN away Jacks record by now. YES The DUDE was THAT GOOD.

I can't tell you what will change this, he just has to play better, whether it be mental, physical or whatever.

I tend to disagree, he still would have had to deal with the injury issues of the past few years.

Peej, I'm not sure how much a wayward pecker had on his golf game. I think dumping Butch Harmon and switching from Titlest to Nike might have had more of an impact. And as I've said previously his biggest advantage, the fear factor, is no longer there.

And he still hasn't broken par on the weekend in a major recently.

Tiger talk is boring..

Rors is going for the PGA margin of victory record. Trying to erase Jack.

Tiger wouldn't admit that part of his problem right now is mental but he mentioned that "he tried to come out really relaxed and carefree saturday" and it didn't work. So he was obviously tinkering with his weekend style. I don't think he knows why he isn't playing as well on weekends.

I was wondering why all of the golf talk stopped. Rory has played safe golf the last 3 holes. He's missed every green in the "safe spots" and he's chipping to about 6 feet and draining every putt (birdied the par 5 by getting up and down in the same fashion). No bogies yet, teeing off on 18 now.

I hope he at least ties Jack's margin if victory record. The guy absolutely put on a clinic today.

I said it a couple of years ago: Tiger's problem seems to be that doubt has crept into his psyche, and he can't deal with it. He is so ordinary on Major weekends now, it's startling.

Thanks for the update broham.

Yeah I guess that's what being in a shithole town gets you

Rory played today with some precision in a final round we haven't seen since Tiger. And it seemed like every time someone made a move, he made a birdie. His and Tiger's game of old are very similar in their abilities to go into coast mode and be able to switch it to attack mode to keep everyone at bay.

But then Tiger went on a fricking tear after that 99 PGA. Not realistic to replicate that.
