Watching the open with "nice" weather on some holes and miserable on others makes me want an afternoon July tournament in South LA

Half the course is miserably hot but sunny and the other is sunny with a downpour of rain while slightly less hot

Problem is we’d definitely have lightning delays in LA

They had a fun little chip and putt when I was a student. I wonder if it is still there...

Which peacock channel doesn’t have commercials. Is it just the one with Wingo?

I think wingo is mostly on when the main channel is on commercial.

Has anybody got more run for being friends with someone than Shane Lowry?

The dude is a mule+ and broadcasts drool over the guy

Phil almost driving the green on 17 with a 383 yd drive

They were drooling over Rory’s 344 yd drive earlier

Phil hit that hill perfectly and then just found that speed slot down the hill. he can still put the ball out there. he just doesn't try very often because he can't control his swing consistently when he does. He's talked about it on the 2v2 matches he does with Grant. He always swings out of his shoes on those because it's a scramble and can certainly still hit bombs but he says he doesn't try to in tournaments very often because he can't find fairways consistently doing it

It really is incredible when you take a step back. Phil is 55 years old and can still play on a week to week basis.

Tom Watson was 59 when he almost won in 2009

and he was driving with Rahm and Bryson at the Duels match. Phil can def still generate plenty of club head speed at his age
