Soriano (won't be able too)
i'm not part of the pesimistic soriano crowd.
we had acceptable offers last year he just didn't want to go to those teams (as is his right) i expect similar this year.
And the cubs could trade soriano, but by paying the lions share of his contract they're asking for a legtimate prospect in return because they believe he has the skill set to demand that. After all the giants wanted to play ball, sori just didn't wnat to go to san fran.
As for the others, Feldman, Villanueva (he's paul malhom all over again), DeJesus are the guys i'd expect to go.

Is pitching lights out , no doubt. But in his career he's a .500 pitcher
he's also never thrown a sinker before. Look back in his history, you'll see the long ball has been what plauged him, that sinker is cutting down on those.
Do i expect his dominance to continue...probalby not, but you can't discount it either.

Cody Ransom and Dave Sappelt.
well without ransom's home run they don't win. But yes we're not in a position competiting to win the division, but not worst in baseball either. I think the hopes of sappelt developing are dwindling but i don't have a problem with playing the guy. I'll take this process to getting good other than the bloated backend contracts that plauged the end of the hendry era.
