Im working at the Texas HS state softball finals and the winds last night blew over large sections of the outfield fence. When I got to Austin at 730am, the baseball lights were on so repairs can be made. At 830pm they are still working. It's been said if they can't get it fixed in time, they may have to move to Dell Diamond in Round Rock

UPDATE
I left UTexas softball stadium at 10 and they just shut off the lights at Disch-Falk and it looks like repairs have been completed. Hard to tell at night, but I could see sections that were replaced as the top of the fence was several inches higher than the rest of the fence.

Plus Round Rock already has games scheduled vs. Reno at home, so UT-Austin had to finish repairs last night.

This is what they get for having turf instead of grass and dirt. Baseball gods don't like that shite.
