Do you remember effective stack sizes? How many BBs was his open raise? By "loose" did you mean in general or specifically preflop?

Gonna need some more info before any decent analysis can be given, but...
if his open raise range is 66+, AQ+, and KQ
he could have flopped a set and got scared by the connected nature of the board... that makes little sense
flopped an over pair... makes more sense
flopped air... makes equal sense

not CBing the flop screams over pair to me. that board is all over your range as calling out of the blinds.
he flatted after a 10, well 10/10 is def in his range. the push on the river is such a strong move, depending on how much you had left.
pot had nearly 10k plus whatever the pf raise amount was... so 12.5 or 13k? how much more was it for you to call?
i am assuming its enough to make a bluff to be virtually impossible, besides like you said the only thing you beat in his range is KQ.

i think he ended up with a set of 10s or unimproved JJ+

granted all of that analysis is useless if any of my assumptions are wrong - NEED MORE INFO lol
