Anyone playing in the Gulf Coast Championship at the Beau Rivage this weekend?

god i hate bodog. half the time i can't get the software to load and when i can i can't join a tournament. the software fricking sucks.

The most ridiculous thing is they actually call the moderator in play money rooms/ play money sit n gos if you cuss at some of these douchebag people.

came out 22 out of 160 tonight. my first "real" tournament. if it wasn't a rebuy i'd have finished better. i'd have "knocked out" 5 players early. the blind structure was fricked. went up every 10 minutes so if you sat out a round bam blinds went up. it was like a turbo. I was 2 away from the fricking money

Waiting for a 1-2 table at Winstar for over an hour. Probably at least another 30 mins from getting on a table. I've never seen it this busy. They have over 40 tables and there is a wait on all of them.

in perspective, both of the guys with trips will win that hand 2 out of 100 times before the river is turned, so the guy with aces wins it 96 out of 100 times...i'd give it an 8/10 because this hand is exactly like a small pair spiking trips on the river against a larger pair heads up, which isn't mind boggling at all. if the aces were heads up with the 66s and he got one-outered, then i'd say 9/10...

Finished 42nd out of 456 at the Beau Rivage on Saturday. At least I was in the money. Played for over 13 hours.

poker champ, need tell me when you go up there...i havent been in few weeks ( was in vegas for a week ) and been busy since I been back but I need get warmed up before the wsop circuit event.

Which tournament was that? And what was the buy-in? I'm planning on going up this weekend. Think it will still be packed with players? Also, what was the prize structure like? Also, congrats!
