I understand your point. It's just that the stances taken by TCU are contradictory. For example.
By the way, the article was from Nov. 2009 and the comments from the assistant AD were from a week earlier. So the stance was still supported by TCU officially 12 months ago.

I may have missed it... but I didn't see one. I'd be interested in the seeing the quoted portions in context.
