It's rare you hit on a QB after the 1st or 2nd round. Sure, there are outliers (Brady, the handful mentioned above, etc) but teams that avoid drafting a QB in the 1st round, usually pay for it over the franchise's history.

Take the Saints for example: Archie Manning was the only QB they have drafted in the 1st. Drew Brees (2.32) was the greatest QB in franchise history. Everyone else (more or less) were bums.
