Except that it's not. The NFL wide average miss rate is 5-6%. Getting paid 3/1 for something that has a 5% chance of happening is actually pretty horrible.
Doesn't mean it's not happen, but 3 to 1 is not good value at all.
And the specific kickers in this game are 45/48 and 41/42.
So 95.5% success rate.
And even further a 3/1 payout, has an implied probability of 25%. The actual probability is 4.5%. Just continuing to point out exactly how horrible these odds are.
Good value would really be 22/1, which would have an implied probability rate of 4.34%
