D was on the field 23 straight plays to end the 1st half. Then two more long 12+ play drives between two 3 play drives gassed them to ineffectiveness.
1st and 10 around the 20 with less than 4 minutes left is what cost them the game. Patriots only chance at that point was to knock them out of field goal range. And Falcons play calling at that point did everything they could to help them do that.
