Sounds like bullshite to me
Most STM fans are LSU fans and want LF to go to LSU
All STM fans were in awe of the guy before, during and after the game. It isn't often you see someone that is obviously a prodigy and destined for greatness

I'm more inclined to agree with you.. but you never know. Some high school kids can let the heat of the moment get the best of them and do/say questionable things. I don't think a majority of HS-aged people realize the big picture.

Go read the other thread, it was some BS motivational stunt LF used to fire up his team mates.
It is sad to say, but this is definitely not the first time we have heard the "THEY CALLED US __________" to motivate a team playing STM. There was a coach in 5-4A a while back that was notorious for this kind of stuff.

I think one of the players on STM were saying shite to SA and that's why they got a flag on them when they were near SA goal line.

it was pretty bad in the stands where I was sitting . Although I'm sure most people would say they heard nothing, but I was sitting on the STM side ( my son is Soph. on team) and about 5-6 SA fans were sitting in front of me. There was an STM fan, a guy in his 50's, who was making several comments about SA. Mostly derogatory and racist. I wanted to go talk to him at halftime because he either didnt see or didnt care that there were SA fans sitting 15 feet away from him. Either way it was wrong and embarrassing. He did it throughout the game, suggesting their QB was illiterate, etc. The SA fans just ignored him, I hate to think they're just used to that crap even nowadays. There was one other guy for us who ran his mouth all night, and he wasnt mean-spirited like this guy, but still -would say stereotypical things like they don't have a strong kicking game, they're not a disciplined team, rely on athleticism, blah, blah. anyway,`95% of the fans were great. I just happened to be near that racist jerk making those comments. I could find out who it was, because he was with a STM player's family.

I caught a little bit of this game on cox last night. Definitely one of the best high school running backs I've ever seen. Kid looked like a man playing with boys. He just looked so smooth and made it so easy.

Unfortunately this isn't surprising. This happens annually whenever they play 5-4A rival Northside HS, and it's been that way for years.
