Why not, it's not like he's contributing to the team at this time.

As they should.

Hes leaving them after this season regardless, so they need to try to get some sort of value back.

It will completely validate Bells holdout if he’s traded

The glaring weakness on Pittsburgh's team is the defense. Its always been. If they can get impact players on defense for Bell right now, they should do it.

Pittsburgh is not good enough to win a Super Bowl right now as currently constructed (not unless the luck bounces their way).

IDK why, but I feel like the Texans will brag him for some reason.

Not many defensive stars available that teams will trade for a runningback

Should have offered Bell for Mack before the season started

Kind of. He can’t be traded until he signs his tender. He’s technically not under contract right now.

He would only sign in if he agreed to terms to a long term deal with the team trading for him

That's what I was thinking, the Steelers can't trade him if he is not under contract, and they are prohibited from signing Bell to a long term deal. Should be interesting to see if they can swing it?

Good assuming they can get better than a 3rd rounder for him because that’s what the Steelers comp pick will be when he leaves after this season.

Zero chance he resigns and it’s obvious the offensive locker room isn’t happy with him. Would probably cause issues whenever he comes back.

I like Bell. He knows his time in the league is limited, and is playing his cards right.
