Am I bad that I don't look at this as USA vs Canada? I keep hearing people say they are pulling for USA.

Vancouver has 17 Canadians, 7 Scandinavians, 5 Americans, 1 Russian, and 1 German

Boston has 17 Canadians, 3 Americans, 2 Czechs, 1 Fin, 1 German, 1 Kazakh, 1 Slovak.

Basically Canada wins either way.

It's sports, it's who they represent. How many people were from LA that were on the Saints SB team? So it wasn't a victory for New Orleans? You shouldn't have been happy? If there's no one from Cleveland when (if) they win the title on those teams, Cleveland fans shouldn't be happy?

Same, but I think Vancouver wins it.

how many Notre Dame players come from Indiana?
Thats kind of why by a 2 to 3 margin Nova Scotians are pulling for the Bruins...I want the Nucks to win because they play an attractive style of hockey, that and Tim T. is a big arse...

Aren't Leafs fans raised to hate the Habs and Bruins?

It represents American Catholics more than it represents Indiana, unlike a Texas, OSU, LSU, etc which represents their states. But I think only about 25% or so of the football players are even Catholic, so I guess the same thing applies.

Yes, Yes we are. As I have previously mentioned though Horton is an Oshawa General and a personal acquaintance. Bobby Orr, John Tavares, Eric Lindros, Cal Clutterbuck, Michael Del Zotto, Dave Andreychuk all get exceptions as they are family friends and or Gens... :bow:also Mr. Savard from the Bruins(though I have only talked to him once he is also an ex-Gen) similarly if you happened to have played for an OHL team from Peterborough (Chris Pronger) you may DIAF and I wouldnt GAF

Nucks take it 4-2. It's destiny after the Chicago series.

I am so nervous about this game...if I'm lucky, I will have a reason to watch 3 periods, of which I have only felt compelled to do once in the past 4 games.
