The Lightning get a chance to do what helps your series success a bunch. Winning playoff games on the road separates the boys from the men, and until you win on opponents home ice, you haven't swung a series yet. Hopefully the Lightning do great on the road and hit another level tonight. Oh yeah, it's quite sad that Lightning players have to go on-the-road to feel the NHL playoff atmosphere they dream of when kids. I can't imagine a kids playoff dreams is looking into the stands and seeing a bunch quite Karate kid II wannabe's going off. Whoever gives out those Karate-kid-toys and thunder-sticks at Lightning games needs to be fired!!! It's embarrassing and I feel for the players each and every time...lol

The Kings -vs- Vegas deserves to be 2-1 and what a hard fought series this has been so far. Kings might have a comeback within them, but Vegas's goalie has been so solid. A 3-0 series hole is such a hard hill to climb, especially when a goalie is so hot. Though, LA's goalie has been solid and it'd be best if Vegas puts these Kings down next game...

The Penguins -vs- Flyers & Wild -vs- Jets series are great series also.

I thought Colorado did a decent job hanging around in both of the first 2 games. The Avs also tied a franchise record for most home wins in a season this year. I would be surprised if they didn’t win at least 1 out of 2 in Denver.
Bernier has to get back to mid season form though so maybe not lol.

of course not! We snuggled because he's such a good boy. The post-Caps choke dog walk is a spring ritual at our cave. The dog gets much better walks when the Caps do this.

We've seen this movie before, so it is hard to be too upset. The team refused to make drastic moves last offseason, and now we're getting a replay of the same movie. This isn't a surprise, and the team isn't nearly as good as it was last year, and Trotz refuses to skate his best players, to make it even worse. The window closed, and they didn't make any adjustments. So now we get the same thing with a worse team.

Burakovsky wont travel to Columbus

It means Vrana will play, which is ludicrous he was benched for Game 2 at all. Bura's had a terrible series, and has committed arguably the dumbest penalty of the entire playoffs, the tripping behind the Columbus net while defending a one-goal lead with 5 minutes left. I'm still gobsmacked he did that and wasn't murdered by his teammates.
