Birmingham Stallions - 2022 USFL CHAMPIONS!!!!!

Lifetime fan since 1983.

Attended the first Stallions game in 1983 with my Dad (we lost to the Michigan Panthers 9-7 after Novo Bojovic kicked 3 49-yard FGs from the exact same hashmark) when I was a student at Auburn.

Jim Fyffe was the Stallions radio play-by-play guy (while he was Auburn's in the Fall).

Probably attended 8-9 games while watching all of the others. Was a really fun league in the first incarnation until the owners got away from the league's initial fiscal rules/plans

Wasn’t Gerry Dinardo a coach of a Birmingham team? They finished at the bottom.

In my opinion the champ of the USFL should play against the champ of the XFL when that league gets up and running again

Joe Cribbs isn’t walking through that tunnel.

Birmingham embraced the team tonight. They improve parking at all it’s going to be a great event to have in town.

The quarterbacks were underwhelming and NJ’s kicker sucked balls, but overall I thought it was a likable product. I’ll watch again.

I may make a few games but only the ones played at Legion Field. I miss negotiating with the towel wavers on my parking fee

This seems like an appropriate time for a thread bump...
