Sportsmanship - Incorrect Calls by Umps/Officials/Refs

How refreshing would it be to see a professional athlete correct a call that went in his favor because he knew the call was in error?

Along the same lines how nice would it be not to see a coach yell and scream at a ref like a child when they don't like the call.

I like that les is respectful. I never understood why football coaches can act like that when baseball and basketball don't allow it.
