That guy filming is fricking annoying.
It looks like the thing got kicked and he as putting it back. The line to gain was the 19 yard line, and he moves it back to the 19 yard line.

That marker he kicked back to the spot it was supposed to be at anyways, has no bearing on the measurement. This is stupid.

How are people so stupid? Look at his pants. He's part of the officiating crew or chain crew. And that marker doesn't impact anything
