Maybe not the last 30 years for all but they should be watched. I'll post more when I think of them.

Not relevant. Thirty years is 1980.

Watch Mesut Ozil's compilation, make sure you have a new pair of pants handy though.

Is reading comprehension failing in the replies to this thread? 1980 to the present arse-hats.

I've only been seriously watching football about 10 years, so in that time

Messi
Zidane
Fat Ronaldo
Maldini
CR9
Ronaldinho
Thuram
Cannavaro
Xavi
Figo

...
Juninho
Bergkamp
Baresi
Ferdinand
Keane
Del Piero
Vieri
Rooney
Tevez
Owen
Zola
Gullit
McMannaman
Giggs

That's not exhaustive or definitive by any means. Just off the top of my head. It's not strictly in order however I do rate Messi top, and fat Ronaldo was unplayable before he got injured.

Best team I've seen in that time is the current Barca team. Next best is the Real Madrid team in about 2003. Best individual unit of any team is probably Man Utd's midfield in about 2000, Giggs, Keane, Scholes, Butt, Beckham.

Also, here's a few players who might not be in the convo as greatest type players, but have some decent highlight reels

Asprilla (he was unreal, everyone should check out his dribbling)
Beckham
Berger
Dorrans (plays for WBA, he's got insane skills)
Riise
Di Canio
Nani

What exactly have these two done to belong on a list with Pele, Maradona, and Zidane?
