jack warner is vice president of fifa, owner of joe public, president of concacaf, and a T&T politician. he essentially tries to turn a personal profit on every single thing he does as a representative of fifa, concacaf, or trinidad and tobago. the rest of the world calls him out on his shite, but nothing ever seems to happen.
