That's not as bad as I thought. If he didnt fumble the ball for a sec he prolly would have been ok and dunked it..not defending though. Hes definitely got issues with confidence

Reporter straight up asked him if he was too scared to shoot it, talking about that dunk. Props to him for taking the shot (the reporter I mean)

He needs to change his mentality and become a Rodman type player. He’s bigger and could be a dog. Just be a rebounder and stellar defender.

Simmons has great handles and passing for somebody that’s 6’10. He has two major flaws in his game and that’s spacing the floor and hitting free throws. He’s amazing at attacking the rim but can’t hit free throws so teams just foul him.

So he stopped attacking the rim. So his 14 points a game during the regular season didn't translate to the playoffs. Those 14 points would have mattered and would have helped open up shooters. And that's true even if he didn't hit a free throw.
