Yea, Metal stadiums are pretty cheap and you can dress up the exterior a good bit to make them look much nicer. Concrete stadiums cost big $$$$

A new, smaller, on-campus stadium could generate some spirit and enthusiasm and actually get Tulane students and the surrounding community to actually give a crap about the school's football.

Tulane is not hurting for money but I cannot see the administration there funneling $50-60M to football stadium construction. A new fundraising effort will be compulsory.
