He said the NBA's age limit was unconstitutional. As if it were a law as opposed to a collectively bargained rule between the NBA and the players. I'm literally in shock. I know he's there to rile people up but Jesus.

You want to know how to prepare for something dumb to come from his mouth? It will usually start with a consinent or noun, then dumbness takes over.

I keep ESPN or some other sports channel on in the background most of the time when in at home. I wasn't really listening then all the sudden this foolishness comes out of his mouth.

Darn you. I wanted to be the one that pointed out only things done by a state actor can be unconstitutional.

Skip Bayless has a Vanderbilt education and was a very well-respected journalist before he took the ESPN gig. He's fricking with the masses that keep tuning in.

Itr's a shame,he did have some cred for a while and was smack in the middle of the SMU take down. Nowadays you'd have to measure my lack of give a sh#t with him in megajoules.
