Should teams get an extra OV for players out of state?

Heard a radio host saying how difficult it is for teams to recruit players who can't make it to campus easily on their own dime. Satellite camps aren't allowed anymore. So when the majority of the talent is in the southeast it gives those schools a gigantic advantage. College football is more fun when there are more teams around the country who are competitive.

The NCAA allows recruits to take 5 official visits.

It would help northern teams, that's for sure.

But what about a huge state like Texas?

If you're legitimately considering more than 5 schools, you're doing it wrong.

I'm saying someone like Minnesota could host the same recruit more than once for a player from let's say Florida
