Again you and others are wrong
Adidas poked fun at SGA in an Anthony Edwards ad and didn’t get a C&D.
Why? Because they didn’t use his name, face, jersey, etc. The reference was enough to get the point without breaking that barrier.
Underdog just straight up made AI Slop of SGA. No subtlety, no deniability.
