Better than any of the draft prospects available this year

who would want to take on that kind of contract on someone who had one good game in his entire nfl career. Not much to go on.

two good games.

and the only two hes played in. the first was against the pats, and they had a really strong D that year. 3TDs, 1INT (which was the receivers fault IMO)

the next game he set the all-time packers passing yards and TDs record in a cold, windy, sleety game.

You sure? I thought the pats pass defense was pretty bad that year?

Excellent point. This year's qb draft is awful.

Matt Flynn, meet the Arizona Cardinals. That would be a perfect fit

KC recently traded for a small sample size hero. How's Cassell working out for them?

shite, at least Cassel has had two good seasons. Flynn has only had two good games.

Outside of this board, do people actually think highly think of a late round backup with a Philly Kevin Kolb sample size?

Exactly the comparison I was thinking of

KC is a very talented team despite their record this season. Solid defense, solid O-Line, solid running game but they desperately need an upgrade at QB & WR especially since the percentages are high that they lose Dewayne Bowe this offseason.

this

someone will take a chance on him. Especially since this is a weak QB class coming into the draft

That first game was against the Pats in 2010, right? In 2010, the Pats gave up the third most passing yards in the league.

Wilson has virtually no impact on their salary cap, they can keep an overpaid backup. If teams want Flynn, it's gonna cost them.

If I'm Andy Reid, I want Alex smith. He looked promising under norv and Andy can coach up a quarterback

Which is precisely why he isn't going anywhere until Wilson's rookie deal is up or unless someone drastically overpays.
