You’re obviously a Larry/Celtics fan and I’m a Magic/Lakers fan...it’s not going to go much past that. Both were great. I prefer and enjoyed watching Magic. Both of their careers will always be intertwined.

Both were ballers indeed, exceptional passers no doubt

Man I flip flop on that
Magic catching aids and only playing 12 seasons should be enough for you to have Lebron over him.

The amount of years Lebron will end up being Lebron will be a trump card agaisnt anything anyone has ever done, besides MJ.

MJ would be the only player with an argument, IMO.

The often forgotten Kareem. He can legit make it an argument for best basketball player of all time. Amazing college and NBA career. Generally forgotten in these arguments...Kareem was a beast.

If you're gonna talk about Magic like that, you're basically gonna have to include Larry Legend as well he entered the NBA same year

Based on what? Not arguing just want to know why you’re adamant.

Lebron's prolonged greatness has made this closer than it was for sure

But it's him and MJ at 1 and 2 - I won't entertain an argument for anyone else in those spots.

What does this have to do with how good he was at the game of basketball?

This is pretty much where I’m at, but it makes for some good conversation some times.
