If you get the right coach and right mentality in Lincoln they will win again.
All they need is the right hire. The money is there, always has been for the athletic program, they've just had piss poor leadership from the early 2000's onward with Harvey Pearlman neglecting the athletic program, but now Nebraska has a president and chancellor (Hank Bounds and Ronnie Green) who actually want to win, so it will be interesting to see what happens next.
