I don't know the Bracketology as well as you but I figure MTSU has a decent chance at an at-large bid? I know they have had two bad losses here in their last two games, though.

G if you win the regular season conference championship but lose in the tourney you’re an auto qualifier for NIT

Yeah, I know but I figure MTSU likely isn't NIT-bound. I guess it adds an at-large for the NIT, which might be a good thing for LSU at the moment.

MTSU is toast, they aren’t getting in

They just pulled a total LA Tech move. Dominate Conference USA and then lose in the tourney and go to the NIT
