The 2 yard dump pass on 3rd and 10 is criminal.

They actually break free and get the first down like what 5% of the time?

Given the PI rules in the NFL you're better off chucking a long pass into coverage and hoping for a flag.

If it’s going to the sticks, I don’t mind. But an out route or something in the flat will bother me. Sometimes a coach has already made up his mind to go for it on 4th.

He’s throwing the “dump pass” because nobody past the sticks is open. The QB throws to his last option hoping he can make a play and get the 1st down. How do people not understand that?
