i always found that top of the bracket, bottom of the bracket .. who played when at home last crap that the LHSAA does with the state playoffs to be stupid as shite ... lower seed plays the home game .. period ... a 1 seed at the #21 in the semis is a joke ..

shite .. home field gave you the bump in both of those games .. especially central .. that's a load of crap that a 21 seed would get 3 out of its 4 playoff games at home .. what is even the purpose of seeding if you are going to do that ?

I know the rules. The rules are stupid. I have been on both sides of this as a player and a fan. I have acknowledged how unfair it is when the better team has to come to us, and I know how dumb it was when we had to go on the road to play a team we were better than.

I think this is the reason why the travel rule comes into effect. So other schools can make money.

The rule IS flawed. Rummel and Westgate will both have the same number of Home Games to get there.
I think they should use the present system for the first 3 weeks, but........Week 4 should have all the top seeds at home.
If it turns out someone didn't get a home game....oh well.

Rummel will have to pay for their own travel, but I'm not sure about concessions. Because the gate is a set price no matter where the game is, but the concessions choices and prices will be different everywhere.
