Ronda Rousey has been training recently at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando. Plans appear back on to have a Horsewoman vs. Horsewoman match at WrestleMania 34, giving her, Marina Sharif and Jessamyn Duke several months to train and get ready.

If the match goes off well, there is a good chance that things will build towards a singles match for Rousey somewhere down the line. It was originally expected that if Rousey wrestled in any sort of singles match, it would be against Stephanie McMahon, but it's now expected to be Charlotte Flair.

She isn't ready to take on Asuka yet. Plus The Empress of Tomorrow is way better looking.

Charlotte could probably carry her to a decent match. Steph would be willing I'm sure but I don't think she could pull it off.

Charlotte can do it, absorb the sure and certain loss, and bounce back.

At this point, after what happened in her last two MMA fights and her public meltdown, I just don't think Rousey has the mental stamina to work a full time professional wrestling schedule.

Which isn't an insult. Not very many people do and she can wrestle a match or two, get a few last pops from the crowd, and then ride off into the sunset.

Her wrestling every week was probably never the plan to begin with.

Yeah from what I've seen in passing the WWE basically lives off of stunt performances of big names

Most don't really wrestle much, just do some promos and either win/lose 1 or 2 matches a year in like 5 minutes. They've always done this but now these kind of performers hold belts now

Then again

No one on the roster could work the schedule the wrestlers in the 80's did. Especially all the drugs they did too

Who asuka?

I'm not surprised; iirc she was a model, an owner of a hair salon, and a video game programmer in Japan.
