It’s one thing to be that way when you are 25, but at some point there’s no longer an excuse when you are 40 and been making millions for 15 years.
Given that, some guys just hustle more than others and like to spend more than others. Certainly brees doesn’t need the money, but if someone is going to pay you a shite ton of money for very little of your time who are we to judge? These guys also know that their limelight is a very short time. In 5 years it’s very likely brees isn’t able to make nearly as much as far as appearances go as he is now. It’s hard to blame guys for doing that.
Now, the whole jewelry thing is terrible...

I remember in 2003 some nerdy guy in my Texas Gov't class stopped me after class and went through his Advocare shpiel. I was thinking the whole time, "Why couldn't this be a hot chick asking me to be a part of this pyramid. I'd probably dish out $400 for her."

Just seemed out of place. I got hassled by some weirdo couple trying to get me into Advocare at Sears one time I was looking at refrigerators. Then I saw Brees on their commercials, which struck me as odd for an NFL superstar in his prime.
