Not to mention the number of people watching in LA was a huge number.

LA tends to have low ratings for sports but a large number of viewers.

Either way this was a massive win for the NFL

This is the biggest surprise of the data for me. Its what the 2nd or 3rd largest market on that list, fewest TVs on % at the time yet high % watching SB.

But Trump told me the NFL was failing

I’m a Trump guy, I actually care about black people and don’t just pretend to for their vote. I love the NFL. Smart people realize 90% of the players are gonna be democrat and that shouldn’t be an issue. I do dislike, all the penalties, commercials, and folks that only watch for fantasy football. Sorry, I don’t care about that. I like the way the NFL fans were back in the 80s and most of the 90s.

I watched every Saints game and a few others. I didn’t care for Saints players publicly attacking Brees, would have been fine privately but that’s their lives, I got over it pretty quick.

It’s odd to me that this reads as opposing ideologies

Despite the lies and rhetoric, Trump was the blackest president we’ve had by a mile. History will redeem him as such

Well he was in about half the rap videos in the 90s Before labeling himself a republican was liked by all ethnicities across the country except white southerners

To put this in perspective, The CFP national championship this year had a peak of 22.6 million viewers

Makes sense though. CFP is for actual football fans. The super bowl is a party for everyone.
