Davis was one of those guys who needed a change of scenery to do him good. I doubt he'd have the same level of success staying with Texas

Moreland has started out slow the past two years and turned it on. If he wouldn't have gotten hurt last year he would have hit 25 dongs with a .260/.270 average. That's more than enough for me.

Never doubted he had power. He was just our perennial AAAA player. He'd get sustained at bats, and shite the bed.

Thought Smoak had more promise than Davis. Smoak has totally disappeared in Seattle.

No kidding.

I was actually upset at first when we had traded for Lee, even though I loved having Lee.

I just wish we could've gotten more value than a 3-month rental out of Smoak.

I loved that trade. You have to show up with something to get to the party. We had to part with Smoak..and they agreed to take a convicted rapist out of our system. So it worked out well.

Yeah, I just hated to see Smoak go. I loved it too, but as soon as I heard the trade my first thought was "Anyone but Smoak."

Serious question... Have you ever said anything positive about anyone or anything in your whole life?

I say very nice things about Lance Berkman, and I even am an AJ fan!

But I know Ian is not that great in the field (he seriously needs to get his ADHD medication checked, either up the dosage or change to something else) and I can't see him being successful in the OF.

Be thankful that guy is no longer on the team. He is shaaating the bed in Seattle. I remember when he was coming out he was gonna hit 30 hr seasons for texas.

I'm OK moving Beltre to first but Ian at third would be a disaster. I'd rather try Profar at third only because he has more natural talent and maybe could pull it off.
