You're right. I read some shoddy journalism.

Seems like most articles say he is vegetarian and not vegan.

Love, love this deal even if the Rangers take on all of his salary. It cleans up the logjam at infield and creates a power bat. The back end of this contract will be not so nice however.

It clears the logjam but Fielder wasn't very good at all last year. And he has 7 years left.

He'll have better numbers in Arlington, but he won't be worth the contract.

Again, it does depend on how much money Texas gets

Not many of the premiere sluggers are worth their contract. It's just the price of free agency. Just hopefully he'll stay healthy for the next 7 years and he'll be productive.

I honestly depressed by this. Kinsler is my favorite player in baseball. Plus it was a terrible financial decision.

I'm going to miss Prince. Even though he had a year long slump last year and he is terrible in the postseason, he's just fun to watch and seems likable.

I feel like a chick watching one of her favorite players for no reason get traded.

It's going to be fun seeing how far he can send balls in Arlington

Love the move because it gives us one hell of a power bat in the middle of the lineup to pair with Beltre as of now. I hope we bring Cruz back also. Also finally gives Profar the chance to be an everyday player which he needed badly.

I like Kinsler but I'm more than welcome to show him the door for something like this

If anything, glad his long-arse contract is gone.

I liked him too...some of the HRs he hit were worthy.

Just wait until he gets into that Texas summer air. They need to work on the Ballpark to get that jetstream back going out to right field now

I'll miss his HRs to go along with watching him chug along the base path and his antics at first base.

I am very happy about this. Have to get Miggy back to 1st base and tighten up the left side of the infield. Prince's postseason starts are terrible compared to his regular season; best of luck in Texas but time to move on.
