agreed, especially when your "bad beats" are in $2 and $3 dollar tourneys.

In theory, but the majority of people playing these micro limit tourneys don't take them seriously.

People playing in bigger money tournaments....the good players, are almost as aggressive as the tards in the small tourneys

I'd like to know what your definition of a bad beat is

as I said, I don't follow Hold-em and don't really know the lingo...but my interpretation is the phrase is used by a player whining that they did everything statistically right, but got beat by a lucky turn of a card.

kikomarin goes all in preflop for like 50, and just hunt and myself call so after the flop hunt moves all in and i call and this is how it plays out. this defines my night tonight. down over $30 in tournaments. not playing bad at all shite like this keeps happening.

I had almost this exact thing happen to me last weekend, but in a live tournament. Except I had pocket 7s...flopped trips, I raise an EP bet, I get re-raised behind me, go all in, and the douche still freakin calls me with overcards and a backdoor flush possibility.....and freakin hit it. I was livid.

Pretty much went broke last night. First KK raise 3xBB and get two callers button and SB flop is 4-7-J and SB bets 80 I make it 270 and he calls. Turn Is a 2 and he bets 120 and I go all in and he calls. He had 42 and bitched at me for playing MY hand wrong. Calling a raise with just 4's on the flop and criticizing me. Well next I have A8 suited and raise UTG 3xBB and get one caller in middle position. Flop is 8-9-6 and I bet 120 and he calls. Turn is an A and he bets 180 I make it 450 and he shoves I call he has AJ river is a J. Fml again. Then the last one I limped with 59 ot hearts in the BB and only the button and SB were in. Flop is 7-8-4 all hearts I bet 80 and SB raises to 270 so I make it 770 and he shoves with 78. Turn is a 7 of course. I have never been so unlucky in my life. Makes me really want to give up.
