It's a freaking blast furnace around here today. I respect what these baws do on a day like today.

That's why I get my rounds in early down here in Texas. Get a tee time in the afternoon and you learn why those cart girls make the money they do

the DOCtor didn't make house calls today at Detroit Golf Club slipping a bit. Dechambeau is right where I figured he'd be. I was pleasantly surprised to see my picks Ryan Armour and Mark Hubbard surge up the leaderboard today. Cameron Tringale and Brian Stuard are in good position too. I was disappointed in JT Poston and Kyle Stanley not making the cut thought both were trending up.

BTW the only thing BOOM will be dunking is one of those 7 foot Lil Sport Michael Jordan Jammer goals. Don't let him fool y'all.... bout time to pick up golf BOOM!

After Round 2:

quote:

(T55) Tony Finau 30/1 to WIN
(MC) JT Poston 38/1 to WIN (11th last year, mc,8,10 last 3)
(T11) Doc Redman 43/1 to WIN (2nd last year, 11,21,58 last 3)
(T11) Brain Stuard 17.5/1 Top 5
(MC) Kyle Stanley 20/1 Top 5
(T3) Mark Hubbard 22/1 Top 5
(WD) Wyndham Clark 27.5/1 Top 5 13.5/1 Top 10
(T3) Ryan Armour 15.5/1 Top 10
(T11) Cameron Tringale 36.5/1 Top 5 17.5 Top 10
(MC) Dominic Bozzelli 21/1 Top 20

I will be watching (T30) Sam Burns this week just couldn't pull the trigger and probably will regret it

1st hole, 397 yard par 4.

Dechambeau drives it 364 yards and makes birdie.

On one of his eagles yesterday on a par 5, the green camera caught his drive. It's insane the power he has now

Is he going to hurt himself swinging so hard?

I think he can, just like you can swinging a bat. If he keeps adding more muscle, that likelihood would go up
