Not mad at all.
That should have never been allowed. That's what started tiger on the path of "I can do whatever the frick I want and no rules official will say shite."
I wonder how many majors he would have if he played by the rules? I'll say less than 14.

Highly questionable. Movement of the ball is imperceptible at normal speed.
I was only able to discern a slight oscillation (1/32 of an inch) of the ball when extra zoom and super slow motion features were deployed on repeated replays.
Human eyes don't have the benefit of super slow motion and super zoom especially for the slightest of ball wobbles.
Golfing authorities needs to revise their procedures when dealing with call ins. The armchair refereeing is only going to get worse.
