Would be nuts for SD to be last AFC west team standing

The Broncos line was also giving up a lot of pressure up the middle, which is Kryptonite for Peyton. I doubt seriously that Wolfe will contribute much after missing so much time with a mysterious illness. I do not get the sense at all that he is anywhere close to 100%. We also had Von Miller the last two times we played but no longer.
Also, while we did just out to a 28-6 lead in the first game, that was after the first drive of the 3rd quarter. They shut down the Broncos offense entirely for the rest of the game and then basically for the entire next game. Mike McCoy was the offensive coordinator for the Broncos last year and clearly understands the Broncos offense better than anyone outside of Denver. Plus Peyton has yet to beat a Pagano coached defense, I do believe.
Having sat through many Peyton losses before, everyone on offense will need to be perfect to overcome the terrible defense we can expect, and that just won't happen. Welker will drop a ball in a key situation or Beadles will let the defensive tackle through for a sack or worse.

Did you watch that game? I did, and it seemed like the Broncos stopped running their normal offense and went conservative after getting that 22 point lead in the third. I think they could have won by more than one score if they kept their foot on the gas.

I could never root against Peyton losing in the playoffs. Its too much fun
This postseason is gravy any way for the Pats. Theyve been through so much and have been so fun to watch that i wouldnt be devstated by not winning it all like usual because they are overachieving their asses off and i dont exactly expect it.

So much potiential for playoff derp-age
I know you are a Pats fan and are just trolling with this, but you surely know that Peyton has a better QB rating in the playoffs than Brady despite a worse record. Further, Brady is 3-5 in his last 8 playoff games, over which he has thrown 11 touchdowns and 9 interceptions. If the Broncos lose, I doubt it will be because of Peyton.
Moore is still on short-term IR. He cannot come back until the AFC Championship game.
You are right about Welker though.

Denver has that game.....easily!

Another thing to keep an eye on is Mathews aggravated his ankle injury today. I don't think SD can win in Denver with Woodhead and Ronnie Brown as their RBs
Posted on 1/5/14 at 4:48 pm to TulaneTigerFan
Never doubt Woody. Thats when hes dangerous
Posted on 1/5/14 at 4:51 pm to wildtigercat93
He's a good player, but he's not a bell cow running back. If SD is going to duplicate their strategy from their win over Denver then they need to dominate on the ground and keep Peyton on the sideline.

Whats the weather in denver looking like next weekend?
Posted on 1/5/14 at 4:54 pm to wildtigercat93
High of 49, low of 32. 0% chance of rain. Weather shouldn't be a factor
Posted on 1/5/14 at 4:56 pm to TulaneTigerFan
Was hoping for Greenbay weather

You completely misunderstood what i said
I mean "gravy" as in like icing on the cake, i dont have. Too big of expectations for the Pats in the playoffs due to all the injuries. Anything that good that happens would be exceeding my expectations
