You could do both

I couldn't care less about your shitty analogies. Bottom line: trying to pull that cheating scandal off would be one of the dumbest moves in NFL history. I highly highly almost guarantee Belicheck did not try to attempt this. I can't stress enough how stupid they would be to even think about doing it. However, if he did, I will laugh

Steelers should file a complaint to the NFL about the assault that happened to their secondary.

All the tin foiled hat wearers blew their load too soon. Word of advice: stop trying to make #HeadSetGate happen. It's not going to happen

I was trying to explain the flaws in your terrible logic, but I guess it is just to hard of a concept to grasp. Being intelligent doesn't prevent people from doing stupid things, and certainly doesn't end an argument or investigation. It was really one of the dumbest things I've ever read.

How do you highly, highly almost guarantee something?
And again, I don't think he did it; however, claiming there isn't a reason to cheat is just plain dumb, and saying that intelligent people wouldn't do that goes against history.

Cool. All I needed to hear. I get that smart people could do dumb things. Just not something this dumb. And there is no analogy in the world that could convince me otherwise. Please use common sense. Could Belicheck be that dumb? Sure? Is he that dumb? I don't think so. It's highly unlikely he would make that call. That's just logical thinking (but it could happen, nonetheless)

Far dumber.

Nothing says logic or "common sense" like an opinion that can't be changed despite mountains of contrary case studies and examples.

But does this sound like something logical? Especially after the past 7 months?
Maybe they feel invincible. Brady was overturned nothing happened to them during the spy gate. I could be just simple arrogance.
I mean why would Edwin Edwards keep doing dirty things after he went to trial, and was acquitted. He knew he was being looked at with a fine toothed comb.
Posted on 9/11/15 at 1:36 pm to TigerBait1127
I didn't see why you keep arguing your point? I agree, it could happen. But it is highly unlikely Belicheck was that stupid.
Posted on 9/11/15 at 1:49 pm to crash1211
Because Edwin Edwards is a fricking dumbass. If evidence is found to incriminate Belicheck/his coaching staff that they tried to pull off this stunt I will consider him a fricking dumbass. Logical thinking says he would not do such a thing that is so obviously incriminating though. It could totally be the case, but you're a dumbass if you're actually banking on Belicheck having the audacity to pull this off

COME ON! FILE IT! Let’s keep the investigations going! It HAD to be the Patriots fault. It just HAD to, because if it wasn’t, it meant that they were just the better team. And we all know that can’t be, so it just HAD to be cheating!

Ok Bill. We get it you didnt cheat. Nothing to see here. It was the weathers fault

Steelers opt not to file complaint with NFL about headset issues vs. Patriots
quote:
"We have provided information to NFL representatives regarding issues that occurred Thursday night at Gillette Stadium with our coach-to-coach headset communications system," Steelers spokesman Burt Lauten said in a statement. "The problem was addressed during the game and we did not have further problems in the second half. We did not file a formal complaint, nor do we plan to do so."

Just to shove it down the throats of you tin-foiled hat wearing mother frickers. Here is the latest statement from the NFL
"Where there's smoke there's fire." All of you look like complete morons. The Patriots officially reside in all of the haters' heads rent free
quote:
Based on our review to date, we believe that the audio interference on Steelers' headsets last night was entirely attributable to an electrical issue made worse by the inclement weather; that it involved no manipulation by any individual; and that the Patriots had nothing to do with it
