Is there an argument out there that says Favre was actually the better Packer, assuming Rodgers doesn't make it to another Super Bowl?

Favre has more MVPs, Superbowl appearances and NFC title game appearances.
But I agree that Rodgers is better.

Rogers is obviously the more talented player, but Favre was infinitely more likeable.
He had that good ole baw vibe, played games hungover as shite in college, could tough out just about any injury with enough Vicodins.
Rogers is made of vaginas and 85% soy. He refuses to play through minor injuries, but still has the time to film his stupid arse state farm commercials

Favre was such a fun player to watch growing up. Tough as shite old country baw who would sling that tater into any window
I’ll always remember the Monday night game he played the night after his dad died when he absolutely shredded the Raiders

Michael Jordan took a 20 month break when his dad died.
So by the transitive property of dead dads Farve is greater than MJ.

We’ve been taught our whole lives that these stats are the most important. That’s the argument for Brees not making the all decade team. No super bowls, no mvps, but holds all the passing records.
So going off how the sports commentators and others rank players then favre is by far the better player than Rodgers.

I actually think Rodgers is better. I wasn't being sarcastic.

This is the dumbest sports rumor ever. The two kids who killed his dad were traced because they made phone calls on his dad's cell phone. If this were a Vegas / Mob gambling hit, they hitmen wouldn't be that damn dumb. That completely rules out the gambling part.
I think he quit after the first 3peat because the Bulls ownership wouldn't spend money on role players. Once he quit and the Bull's failed to reach the finals, they gave in. After they lost to the Magic after his half-season, the brought in Rodman. The rest is history.

I'd take late 90's Favre over Rodgers of any year.
After The Walrus left Favre fell back into throwing too many dumb picks, but for a few years he was awesome. All he wanted to do was win while Rodgers often seems too concerned about his stats (picks) to ever take chances.
Friends and I joke that the best Favre was drunk and doped up Favre.

Favre's pick in the NFC champ game is the dumbest throw from a Veteran QB that won 3 MVPs.
He cost Minny a SB trip.
The guy never grew. Live with the sword, die with the sword...that was Favre. He'd improvise games like a child and win and then like a child he'd frick up. In the twilight of his career with all this so-called experience he breaks the cardinal rule for even H.S. QBs, you don't throw late across your body.
Making a rookie mistake at the end of his career is so Favre. That's him.

Favre is the more popular player. Probably most popular Packer in history. His personality just fit so well here.

All this talk about Rodgers being soy or whatever the frick, and Favre texted his little four-inch dick to some Jets reporter and she exposed him instead of being seduced.
