I was suprised oregon looked so good and my crappy Pool picks reflect that. let's see what the Beavers do with Oitt who is very inconsistent. McCoy is a great runner but Stull is mediocre at best.

Hot Carl is right about USC missing the fullback but their D is excellent.

Go Penn State. Paterno and his staff better come up with some wrinkles to move the ball. and Clark better stay healthy because Dvlin transferred to Delaware

Yes. Upon hearing the news the collective groin of Trojandom was immersed in a sea of pain, but I digress...

Fullback is the second most important position after QB in our offense. He has to be a good blocker, a good pass-catcher (emphasis on YAC and route reading/running) and a good runner.

We have good athletes backing Havili up, but I don't know if it will make up for the experience he brings to the table. The offense, which has struggled at times, may be even more limited without him.

I'm sure the D will stop Clark big time

Our D will have to help out the O a whole bunch. Penn State's got a nice defense and it'll be tough to move the ball on them.

they usually get laughable matchups with their shitty tie ins. they were favorites in 4 of their 5 games this year.

right now, they are 2-2 against the spread in my bowl pick em. Solid, with one very nice win (Oregon).

The PAC-10 may be 5-0 in bowl games, but they are not the best conference this season. I thought it might be the Big 12, but I'd have to say it's still the SEC. While the SEC lost one game, the PAC-10 didn't play any SEC teams in bowl games this year. If they had, they wouldn't be 5-0. That's all. Great game USC, but you're still not as good as Florida or even OU.
