I fricked several drunk bitches in the parking lot of clubs. This is a spring break specialty but that doesnt make the situation wrong. Now, the girl was underage? I didnt know that. I just figured she was some drunk whore but still.

Yep. Rape is a crime of violence. Having your bodyguard forcibly hold the door shut and use their size to physically intimidate (threaten violence...) is violent behavior.
Thugs display violent behavior and act out their disdain for law and order.
