These things happen in rivalry games. See LSU playing Bama close, even though LSU started a Purdue reject at quarterback.

If OUs defense plays the rest of the season like it did last night, they aren’t going to lose another game.

If OUs defense plays like they did against Okla State, they could still lose a couple more.

the change in the secondary seems to have helped, but that is way too many freshmen back there

TCU chokes more often than not in big games. I think Patterson maybe the best coach in the country as far as developing what he has. Their recruiting classes are never in the top 30 but they get a lot of work out of what they have. With better talent, they'd be really good.
