Notre Dame plays a much harder schedule than Oregon.

The facts are skewed. And once again, it's towards Oregons favor.

Notre Dame plays two Pac-10 schools every year.
The best one in the past 8 years or so.
I posted that for you fwiw, and then you have to go making up facts.
Oregon is a decent team annually, but that wasn't even what I was talking about.

you didn't specify. The last ten years it is no contest. Oregon schedules heavyweights just tOSU does ooc. They also play the exact same teams ND does in the conference.
eta........I also didn't make up any facts. lol

They schedule decent teams.
They don't schedule the Texas, USC(already play them, I know), Miami(fl), Va Techs of the world tho.
ETA: They played OU.

they already did a home and home with oklahoma this decade. I was at the game. They want to schedule games with all of those teams. They did a home and home with michigan (played the first one when they were good). There aren't too many teams that can say they schedule any better. They also don't just play one good team ooc.
who cares about miami? let me guess because you will play a mediocre acc team they are all of a sudden a great team? VT isn't that great either....

2009
Boise
Purdue
Utah
2008
Purdue
Boise
Utah State
2007
Houston
Michigan
Fresno
2006
Fresno
Oklahoma
Portland State
2005
Houston
Montana
Fresno
2004
Indiana
Oklahoma
Idaho
2003
Mississippi State
Nevada
Michigan
2002
Mississippi State
Idaho
Portland State
Fresno
So I'd say that is a somewhat above average OOC schedule with usually one decent/good team on there. Not really seeing one with two good teams (Utah and Boise this year was the best) unless you count Fresno as a "good team"
Posted on 12/2/09 at 2:34 am to KosmoCramer
those years were fresno states best years this decade I believe. Now compare that schedule to other top 20 teams over the years and see what you get. I meant by a good team is not a push over which is what most teams play and in bulk. Oregon played three fcs games since 2002.
eta.......feel free to look towards future schedules as well. Their trend of a "somewhat above average ooc" scheduling continues. That along with playing 9 bcs games in conference and their schedule isn't something to point to as a weakness.
