So..Is tonight a "Blackout" game?
Don't follow.
FWIW, BU fans realize, in the nation's eyes, Oregon v Stanford >>>>> BU v OU.
Everyone is just glad to be in the top ten playing a top ten team at home and hope to create a great environment for the game to be played in.

I think it's awesome. Hopefully stanford eliminates them and Baylor rolls.

Just like k state right?
Baylor at home >>>>> Baylor on the road.
ETA: Since 2011 Briles & Baylor are 5-0 at home vs. ranked opponents. Wins over #1, #5, #14, #23 & #24. Average score of 48-34.
Which is why I don't think we run the table, especially at Oklahoma State.
Also, Baylor is wearing black pants, black jerseys, and black helmets.

+1,000. I just don't get it except for CBS getting LSU Bama.

9pm Thursday night East Coast. ESPN doesn't want voters paying attention. Want Bama - FSU.
I agree here.

Baylor ROLLS OU. By 20 at least.

Everyone knew before the season, Oregon vs. Stanford would be for the Pac-12 title - since the North is stronger than the South.
And everyone thought LSU vs. Bama would be of course huge.
The media sets the schedules based on viewership and basically what they want - I remember when USC was rolling last decade being pissed that all their games were getting switched to nigh primetime games (I like day games).
Media doesn't want any eyes away from Bama/LSU.
If Bama/LSU was not happening this weekend...there's no way in hell Oregon/Stanford would be on a Thursday night.
ETA: BTW, enjoy your last few days on the MSB - it's about to come to a month long end.

Y'all have a ban bet or something?
If not, never threaten his existence on this board. He makes this board to me.

But that's not what you said on the first page. You said it was to sway voters, as if ESPN would know what the BCS situation would be a year in advance. That's ridiculous.

And what = ratings in the long run.
Call me crazy...but I sort of believe ESPN has a thing for the SEC.
$$$$
And after 2011...a thing for Alabama...in the title game $$$$ - Televised by...ESPN this year of course.
So yeah, they have voters riding on the line for their bottom line. $$$

LSU has to keep it within 20 points against Bama or he's off the MSB.

I agree here. That was easy. NOW give me A REAL reason LSU gets beat by 20.
