And how many times in same game does a player go after fans, teammates, and officials?

I think had he actually punched a fan assault charges would have been filed. For the incident on the field I believe that is up to the Pac-10 and NCAA.

it was AFTER a football game and yes it was on the field.

If I as a fan were to punch a coach or official on the field, I am certain assault charges would be filed.

Location of a crime does not make it legal.

Give me one comparable example that occurred in the NCAA.

Idiot.

Anyone seen Last boyscout? Remember when old boy shot people on the field to score a TD? I guess it's ok to do that to cause it's on the field right? Some people are just down right stupid.

Right back at you

5 games isn't enough either he should not be allowed to touch a football except in a prison pick up game.

I just got done reading through the first two pages of this thread. The Boise St. player is a fricking bitch for taunting and deserved to get knocked the frick out. I think he should be suspended for a few games.

I love how you and lester think it's not a big deal. When you bring fans into your little tantrum you are crossing a HUGE line. He was pushing cops and security to go along with players including his own teammates and fans. The Dude screams Thug and he will end up where he belongs, and if you don't think that than carry on with your blinders. He admitted he didn't even hear what the guy said, Understandable you are upset that you lost everyone in a Ducks jersey was but not everyone acted like that.

Some you need to learn the law:

1) He wont be charged for assault
2) If he is charge he will be charged with simple battery

Reasons: Assault is attempted battery, he attempted and succeeded which upgrades it to battery

His coach has said repeatedly that Hout (Boise State Player) would not be suspended. Pac-10 and NCAA will decide Blount’s future over the week.
